Hello I am Özden,

As a person who studies sociology, particularly Turkey’s social change with respect to modernity by turkish cinema (The tension between the modernity and tradition through the Yavuz Turgul’s films) and novels (During the authority crises period the ottoman-turkish novels (1850 – 1900)) and now by focusing turkish health system I try to understand the habits of taking medicaments according to different “social worlds” in Turkey, I think that I would share my educational knowledge, skills and energy to write on cultural (literature, art, cinema, photograph) and medical sociology (especially mental health) domains as creative as Virginia Woolf.
